Air Conditioning Systems

RHPS offer a wide range of products available from all major manufacturers including
daikin, Toshiba, Mitsubishi and LG which is relatively new to the air conditioning market.

A heat pump is a device which uses an electrically operated refrigeration system to transfer heat from the outdoor air to the space which is to be heated this principle even continues to function on very cold days with temperatures down to -5°C, -10°C or -15°C, depending on the type of air conditioning system used. Also, it may be able to provide cooling by means of reversing the refrigeration cycle, to which is also referred to as a reversible “air cooled” air conditioning unit. A heat pump extracts energy from the outdoor and transfers the heat indoors.

Energy efficiency?

it is known that heat pumps are more energy efficient than other source of heating, the reason for this that rather than burning a fuel, the process moves heat and they say that because of this heat pumps are upto five times more energy efficient than other heaters, depending on the outside ambient.

Therefore, heat pumps eliminate the need for a heating system and allow you to cool and heat with the same unit, with savings in costs and energy throughout the year.

Refrigeration

RHPS are a recognized dealer for Scotsman ice machines who have been a leader in the uk market for the last 50 years, all
our engineers are conversant to the operation of the
machines and a selection of spares for these machines are on
the engineers vehicles.

We are also a regional dealer for Foster
Refrigerator and can supply, deliver and install any model required to suit the customers needs.

Foster cabinets come in different ranges from the premier to the pro range, these can be upright double door or single door to the undercounter cabinet whether this is a standard unit or complete with saladette on top.

Cellar cooler systems are designed to assist the licensed trade to maintain a cooled environment for the storage of keg beers. Most systems are controlled down to 10`c, however in some customer requirements a lower temperature is required and this can be achieved using refrigeration equipment. Most cellar cooler systems run off a digital display thermostat which shows the temperature of the room and stops the system running once the set temperature has been achieved.

Also we service and maintain a variety of different size cold stores and freezer stores for the commercial or specialist trades. Our engineers have knowledge on the systems where low temperatures are needed.

If new systems are require for whatever purposes our technical department is able to design the systems to suit.

We are also conversant and a recognised installer/service contractor for vapac systems
